Data Deletion Policy

At ReviveWorks, your privacy and data security are our top priorities. We make it simple and transparent for you to manage your data and delete your account when you no longer need our services.

How to Request Account Deletion

Within the App

  1. 1. Open the ReviveWorks app.
  2. 2. Navigate to your Settings page.
  3. 3. Navigate to Security tab.
  4. 4. Tap on Delete Account and follow the prompts.

Via Email Support

If you cannot access your account, you can request deletion by contacting our support team directly.

Important Prerequisites

To ensure a safe and reliable marketplace, certain conditions must be met before your account can be permanently deleted:

For Customers

  • You must not have any OPEN or IN_PROGRESS jobs.
  • All pending payments and quotes must be resolved or closed.

For Professionals

  • You must not have any IN_PROGRESS jobs assigned to you.
  • All current commitments must be fully completed before deletion.

What Data is Deleted?

When your account is successfully deleted, the following data is permanently erased from our systems and cannot be recovered:

Authentication DataYour Firebase Auth records, emails, and phone numbers are permanently removed.
Personal ProfilesAll connected Customer and Professional profiles are deleted.
Account HistoryYour core user records and preferences are wiped from our secure database.
Session DataAll active sessions and device tokens are revoked instantly.
